I signed the dogs up to do a Christmas in July gift swap. We got this awesome swap partner from Michigan. Her package arrived yesterday. I took lots of pictures (I won't bore you with ALL of them). The dogs thought it was really cool to get several new toys all at once. I don't buy them new toys often and only at Christmas do they get several toys at the same time. So this truly was Christmas in July for them.
All was fine, until Sophie, who was immediately fixated on the first toy out of the box, needed to chew on the poor little turtle toy for two hours. Well, soon enough, it was being de-fuzzed (is that a word?) and then I started seeing small pieces of rubber. RIP little toy turtle.
